We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may result in charge of 50% of the booked services.
Late arrivals please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please communicate with us if you are running late and we will try our utmost to accommodate you. If the lateness results in a cancellation, the cancellation policy may apply.
NO SHOWS will result in a 100% charge for your scheduled services.
